DDR–

a typical ***0 sq.mt warehouse
Double Deep Pallet Racking uses the FILO (First
in Last out) principle and in terms of understanding is nothing
but Selective racking installed as a back-to-back rows for the
single faced rack and four back-to-back rows for the double faced
racks. This is done to minimize the aisle space wastage in the
warehouse and as illustrated the storage capacity of the same
warehouse is increased by *6%. The only added cost for a DDR is
the addition of reach scissor forks to your forklift to enable is
to reach the pallet at the rear. DDR is used when customers have
generally more than one pallet of the same product at any given
time.
