Processing Citrus fruit can result in huge quantities of waste
material. At SOGA Organic we strive to effectively utilize the
natural waste material by producing useful by-products. One of
these products is naturally dried organic citrus peels.
Any unused waste is fed to our cattle which provide us with
organic manure for our composting plant.
Energy efficient We are acutely aware of effectively using our energy resources. So much so, that the warm air generated by our freezing room facilities is channelled into a drying tunnel to dry our peels thereby minimizing the need to use any additional energ
