Desander is the second phase of drilling fluids process.To handling drilling fluid slurry of solid particles greater than *5μm, and to ensure better handling of mud treatment equipment to the next level, while reducing the workload of the subordinate equipment.

Structure
Driling fluid desander is a combination of cyclone desander and shale shaker of drilling fluids. The high chromium cast iron is used for hydrocyclone. The lower little shale shaker is elliptical. The vibration generator is driven by vibration motor, which makes the screen box keep a integral forward elliptical motion.

Driling mud Desander separator is second phase mud process equipment in solids control system. Driling fluid mud Desander cones size and number can be adjusted according to client’s actual capacity requirements. TR Desander Cones also can be cast iron or other materials. driling fluid mud Desander bottom shaker can be configured or not. We also can design desander with large bottom shale shaker.
