Never used Pearl Vision VX kit. These are birch/basswood drums in
an Ivory wrap. Sizes are
*9x*2" tom
**6x*6" floor tom
**8"x*0" bass drum
*5.5x*4" Steel sensitone snare
The tom is 6ply and the floor and bass drum are 8plys. This drum
set is one of the best sets pearl has offered at this price range.
It would make an excellent beginner kit but also could work for a
seasoned drummer looking for an inexpensive second kit. Included
are four never used Attack *-ply clear drum heads. (***2" and
***6"). Drum key is also included.
