Dunnage Air Bags are used in trucking, overseas containers, and railcar shipments to restrain movements of cargo, Air dunnage bags are commonly used to fill void space, prevent movement, absorb vibration, brace loads, and protect your cargo in transit from damage. Based on different materials of outer bags, dunnage air bags are mainly divided into two types: PP kraft paper bags and PP woven (waterproof type) bags. Dunnage airbags are reusable, eco-friendly materials.

PP Woven Dunnage Bags are inserted into void spaces inside containers, rail cars, or trucks. Once inserted, they are inflated with compressed air to the recommended level. This inflation serves to gently push the load away from itself, wedging it against other pallets or the outside walls of the container. This creates a solid brace, stabilizing the load and preventing any future movement, thus greatly reducing the risk of damage during transit.
