Linear vibrating screen
uses vibrating motor as vibration source. Materials on the sieve
tosse and then leap forward in a straight line, so as to achieve
the purpose of screening and grading the materials. Low energy

fully closed structure without dust scattering.
ZSF series linear vibrating screen are very useful in plastic,
rubber, ceramic, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, fertilizer, glass
industries. Vibratory screens can be provided with dust proof cover
as required. ZSF series linear vibration screen can be supplied of
different sizes depending upon capacity required. They can also

Installation and Adjustment
1. Motor should be fastened on the mounting surface which must be
smooth and flat.
2. Adjust the vibration force.When the motor rotation direction
doesn’t
meet requirements, you can adjust the power phase sequence.
3. The machine is running early, which should be checked at least
once a day to prevent loosening.
4.The machine running time add up ***0 hours, you should check the
bearings, if there is a serious injury should be immediately
replaced.
Daily maintenance:
1. Before running
(1) to check coarse mesh and fine mesh if
there is a damage
(2) each group clamps is locking.
2.Running
(1)notice any abnormal noises
(2)electric current is stable
(3)whether the vibration is
abnormal.
3. After running
(1)after used clean up the vibration every
time
(2)to inspect regularly the coarse mesh ,
fine mesh and the spring if there are fatigue and damage
(3)whether each part of the vibrating body
caused damage due to vibration.
(4)need to add the site to be the
lubricating oil
