Select the Active Power or Apparent Power
 1.     Refer to the Figure of Function and Parameter set process, ent
 ry the Active Power or Apparent Power select mode , then the unit
 s window of Power will be flashing;
 2.     Press the Increase   or Decrease , select to meas
 ure the active power or apparent power;
 3.     Refer to the Figure of function set process, quit the Function
  and Parameter setting mode.
    
Set the hours per day for Annual Energy Consumption
 1.     Refer to the Figure of Function and Parameter set process, ent
 er the Hours per day setting mode, then the window of Annual elec
 tricity consumption will be flashing;
 2.     Press the Increase   or Decrease   to set the hour
 s per day for Annual Energy Consumption calculation;
 3.     Refer to the Figure of function set process, quit the Function
  and Parameter setting mode.
         
Set  the rate of Electricity Bills
 1.      Refer to the Figure of Function and Parameter set process, en
 try the rate of Electricity bill setting mode , then the units wi
 ndow of Annual Electricity Bills will be flashing;
 2.     Press the Increase   or Decrease   to adjust the r
 ate of Electricity Bills, press the shift   to adjust the d
 ecimal place of the rate of Electricity Bills;
3.     Refer to the Figure of function set process, quit the Function
  and Parameter setting mode.
         
Restore the factory settings
 Press the Set   and Decrease   together long than 2 s
 econds to restore the factory settings.
 *Press the Increase   or Decrease   to adjust fast du
 ring the setting.
 Matters needing attention
 1.     The tester can't work in hot and humid conditions,please use i
 t in normal conditions;
 2.     This tester measures AC parameters, cannot used to measure DC
 parameters;
 3.     The tester's working voltage can't exceed AC**5V;
 4.     If work current greater than *0A or the load shorted could lea
 d to the fuse damaged, then need to replace a new *0A fuse;
 5.     Do not expose the tester to dusty , corrosive gases and other
 harmful substances in the environment when store and using;
 6.     Don't touch the meter except the panel, and it has high voltag
 e when using, or it will cause electric shock.
