Carbon in iron may be present in the form of cementite igrafita.
Depending on the form of graphite and cementite amount, isolated
white, gray, malleable and ductile cast iron. Cast iron
containing unavoidable impurities (Si, Mn, S, P), and in some
cases also the alloying elements (Cr, Ni, V, Al and others).
Typically, iron is brittle.
