Compact Tape Casting Film Coater with Dryer, Vacuum Chuck & Adjustable Film Applicator (**0 or **0VAC) -AFA-III

Introduction:

AFA-III is a compact tape casting coater with a heating cover designed to produce films with consistent thickness. It has an unique driving system to produce smooth coating on all types of materials. The flat vacuum chuck is built in to hold substrate sheet in place, which is particularly useful when making thin coatings. One **0 mm width adjustable micrometer applicator (doctor-blade) and an oilless vacuum pump are included for immediate use. Heating cover with digital temperature controller can dry films after coating up to **0°C with a temperature accuracy of +/*1°C. This equipment can be used for researches on ceramic tape castings and Li-Ion battery electrode coating.

Features:

1. Pushing speeds can be varied between 0 and 1*0 mm/sec to establish the most suitable application conditions for all coating material.

2. Aluminum alloy flat vacuum plate with built in vacuum pump and allow you put on or release substrate quickly.

3. Built-in pushing bar for using micrometer adjustable applicator or frame film applicator.

4. Adjustable position switch allow you set up a stroke from *0 - **0 mm.

5. One **0 mm width micrometer adjustable film applicator is included.

6. Heating cover is built in with digital temperature controller for drying film within **0 oC within +/*1oC.

7. Vacuum pump is not included in the coater to avoid vibration. You can use your own vacuum pump or order optional vacuum pump from us.

8. 3/8 '' ID x *8" L hose is included for connecting pump and coater.
