Cone Crusher brief
introduction:
Cone crusher consist of frame,
transmission device, hollow eccentric shaft, bowl-shaped bearing,
crushing cone, springs and hydraulic pressure station for
adjusting discharge opening. Cone crusher is widely applied in
metallurgical, construction, road building, chemical and
phosphates industry. Cone crusher is suitable for hard and
mid-hard rocks and ores, such as iron ores, copper ores,
limestone, quartz, granite, grits tone, etc.

unit, composed of oil-tank, oil
filtering system, high oil temperature shut-down, low oil flow
shut-downs and oil flow gauge, which is designed to supply
continuous and stable oil, by forced lubrication to the Cone
Crusher, for smooth rotation and operation.
The lubricating unit is
interlocked with the main motor, in order to provide additional
safety, which includes oil filtration and automatic shut-down in
the event of high oil temperature, as well as low oil
flow.
Crushers are configured with
Spring-Loaded release system, which allows any inscrutable
material to pass through the crusher, without causing damage to
the crusher.
The locking system (manual or
hydraulic), will easily secure the crushing clearance.
