1.The U-shaped ventilation groove designed on the surface of the FJS-JY low noise roller cylinder reduces friction with the belt and eliminates the noise caused by wind resistance.
2.The FJS-JY silent roller is in the process of production, and the radial round-out of the idler roller is controlled to be 0.1mm without jumping, and the dynamic balance grade reaches G*6 (ISO***0), and the noise generated by the vibration of the bracket is reduced by the advanced production and processing technology.
3.The bearing of the FJS-JY silent roller is a Z2 precision bearing. The bearing ball clearance is small, the noise is smaller, and the bearing life of the bearing is longer. In order to make the Z2 precision bearing applicable to the FJS-JY silent roller, the porous bearing sleeve designed at the bearing part meets the required deflection requirement. Replace the large play bearing. The porous bearing sleeve (damping element) is matched with the "vacuum" ring-shaped sealing structure to play the role of shock absorption and noise reduction.
4.In order to prevent the bearing sound from coming from the shaft of the roller, we designed an amplitude reduction sleeve at both ends of the shaft to reduce the amplitude of the sound of the bearing and block the sound output of the bearing.
