Technology process
As solid wastes have complicated nature,low activity
and difficulty in moulding,scientific matching and optimal
combination of materials are thus essential in brick
production.Through the two-direction pressing mechanism of
hydraulic press,highly compact brick bodies with high initial
strength are formed.The brick bodies are then autoclaved to
obtain Tobermorite crystals from silicon-calcium combination
reaction.Hence,the bricks made by our production line have the
advantages of high strength,durability,low drying shrinkage and
excellent anti-freezing property,and are qualified building
products.

Technique of hydraulic press
1.The hydraulic press is designed with floating
frame.It accomplishes dual-direction pressing by maintaining
movement velocity differences between the piston and frame.In
this way,the brick making machine avoids problems caused by
non-uniform load on materials in one-direction pressing,by
producing quality bricks with uniform density.
2.With graded pressing,the hydraulic press
automatically exhausts for a number of times.This allows the
brick machine to effectively prevent microcrack from layers and
produce high density,uniform bricks.
3.Forced material mixing,combined with flexible
brick pressing,make the hydraulic press suit a variety of uniform
materials.The simplified mechanism helps improve working
efficiency as well as adobe quality and enable the machine to
provide *8% qualified products
4.By adopting special computer-controlled programs
and hydraulic control systems for fifferent solid wastes,the
hydraulic press accomplishes high efficiency,high quality forming
