1) Air hammer forged steel balls
2) Rolling-forged automatic production line designed by our ourselves, this production line is controlled by automatic equipment, so the hardness is high and toughness is good.
3) Rotary-cut automatic production line, this production line gets five national patent. Currently, we mainly use this production line to produce forged steel balls, so the product quality is quite steady and good.
7. Inspection：
Huamin have a full set of inspection equipment. We can test Hardness, hardness distribution, chemical composition, impact value, micro-structure, dropping test and so on.
8. Packing：
Huamin have two kinds of packing method: Steel drums or container bags, this two kind of packing can both meet the requirement of repeated shipping and storage, customers can choose any one.
