Features
1.Intelligent control of whole line, advanced HMI and PLC control system. The front section of line stops and alarms automatically in case the back section got jammed.
2.Each equipment is capable of rejecting unqualified product, ensures all the products flowing to the next step are fine and qualified.
3.The unscrambler adopts automatic and constant bottle supply technology.  Bottles in rotary tank are dynamitic balanced, making sure continuous and stable bottle supply. The special bottle flip device aligns  bottle in the same wanted direction.
4.The filler has automatic hot water cleaning and disinfection system. Easy to operate. Fine adjustment of dosing can be done at *2 filling cylinders respectively. Accuracy: ±0.5%
5.The press and screw-in 2 in 1 capping machine adopts mechanical method to adjust the screw-in torque accurately. No bottle no capping and bottles are in waiting mode if no cap supply. Automatically detect whether enough cap in the rotary tank, automatic replenishment if reach to the minimum level.
6.Machines’body are made of stainless steel and aluminum mainly . Synthetic glass safety door, accord with GMP standard.
