Features:
1. The most important feature of this machine is simulating hand work, by which it surpasses all the labeling solution in the past. It solves wrinkled label problem on spherical surface thoroughly, therefore widely apply to irregular shaped product.

2. This machine adopts a intermediate device—vacuum rotary drum. (It’s optional). The traditional labeling way is sending the label directly onto the product, in this way the unfolding surface of the labeling surface must be plane to avoid wrinkle. If the labeling surface has big radian or double curve, labeling work becomes quite difficult.

To solve this difficulty, this machine adopts the intermediate device—vacuum rotary drum. The label will be put onto this special vacuum rotary drum firstly, then led by the drum to the product.

3. Through mechanical positioning method, the machine locates the positioning point according to bottle’s external surface feature. By this way enhance reliability of the equipment.

4. The labeling head can be adjusted in 8 dimensions. Inclination adjustable also equipped with position indicator. This machine can be adjusted precisely shortly, tool-free.

5. Mechanical structures are machined by CNC, ensuring high precision of assembling and the whole equipment.
