Functional powder calcium carbonate FPCC
Functional powder calcium carbonate FPCC is a kind of complex powder, which possesses a typical core-shell structure. Unique chemical bonds are formed since center atom combines with the inorganic particles surface nicely; and organic macromolecules which are connected to center atom covers filler particles tightly, hence a functional shell is formed.
Due to above mentioned structure, compatibility between macromolecules and polyolefin is unique, even soluble, hence our complex powder FPCC can be well dispersed in polymer melt, chemical bonds and functional shell perform well, as a result even with high dosage FPCC added final product quality can also be guaranteed.

FPCC can be widely applied to PE, PP, PS, PPR, ABS, especially U-PVC. Processing characteristics can be improved remarkably if FPCC is added directly on top of your current formulation. With FPCC added, final product quality can be increased and cost reduction can be realized. In U-PVC applications, FPCC dosage added can be ****0% of existing normal calcium carbonate.
