GANTRY CRANE

Steel construction bodies are produced according to 1/***0 deflection with the maximum load. All the main weldings are made by automatic submerged arc welding robots for steel construction box type bridges. All the raw materials have DIN EN ****4 3.1 certificates. With an extension or without an extension, we have different solutions for your needs. Gantry cranes usage area is mostly outdoor and has three types.

DOUBLE GIRDER GANTRY CRANES

Because of low prices, easy to repair and maintenance, no limit of capacity, no limit of dimensions, can be designed as customer needs preferable for all sectors in the industry. The lifting height is longer than the single girder gantry cranes. We have special solutions for the areas where does not have enough lifting height or low roof construction for maximum lifting height.

SINGLE GIRDER GANTRY CRANES

Mostly use for short bridge gaps. But there is no limit for capacity and dimensions in the production process. But most preferable for bridges shorter than *5 meters. Can be produced box type or I beam type or cage type.

SEMI GANTRY CRANES

Mostly used near the buildings, semi gantry cranes also can be used in the factories. If the construction is suitable, semi gantry cranes are cheaper and more compact than normal gantry cranes or EOT cranes. This kind of cranes is like EOT crane from one side and like gantry crane from the other side. One side is on the ground like gantry crane and the other side is just under the roof like EOT crane. It is %**0 safe and compact in the usage area.
