This gas booster system is a newly
designed model of pneumatic power unit which adopted the United
State’s pneumatic pressure principle and combined customer’s
specific requirements. It takes compressed air as the power
source, takes air operated booster as the pressure source, the
drive air pressure and output pressure are in a direct ratio.
Through the adjustment of the air supply can freely adjust the
output pressure value. When drive air pressure and output
pressure reach to a balance, gas booster will stop working
automatically, and output pressure will keep at a pre-adjusted
level, if there is pressure drops because of leakage, the booster
will restart working automatically to compensate the pressure.
Through controlling the quantity of pressure of air supply
can realize the control of the working frequency (CPM) of the
booster, and thus to realize the proper control of system output
pressure.
The whole equipment has the merits of a framework structure,
compact design, light weight, simple operation, safety and
reliability.

This set of device is mainly
consisted of pump-valve installing frame, which is filled with
all the valves, pipelines and so on. And the installation of
pipeline complies with the horizontal-vertical principle to
create a rational layout; all the pipelines are connected with
stainless steel pipes. The whole testing process can be achieved
through the control s/switches on the control panel.
1 Maintenance
(1) The operator
must be trained and know well with the working principle,
operating procedures and daily maintenance;
(2) The water in the air filter
should be removed promptly, turn on the at bottom of the
air filter, can remove the water under a certain pressure;
(3) The gases or air must be clean.
And the pipeline filters should be cleaned regularly;
(4) The joints may become loose
because of the shakings when transporting and working. So please
check the joints to avoid the leakages occasionally;
(5) Keep equipment clean and
tidy;
(6) Prevent high
temperature, dust, corrosive media, water and etc. to invade the
system;
(7)Periodic
inspection, keep all parts and elements completely.
(8) Keep the clamps and fittings dry
(if it has);
(9) Make sure the drive air source
is dry and clean in order to preventing the possible damages from
seal parts of booster or check valves, etc.
2safety guide
1) Security
rules should be strictly fulfilled by operators. And supervisors
should be available as well.
2) For
H2 boosting within its capability, the operations of the valves
shall be done slowly, the
working frequency of booster shall be as slowly as possible to
avoid possible burning of H2;
3) Check
the connections of all the pipeline regularly to avoid leakage of
H2;
4) for
H2 boosting, check the breather of booster first, the specific
operations as following:
a. Turn on the valve of H2 cylinder, and filling H2
into the booster system and keep it on non-working status;
b. Remove the breather and, stuff up the connecting
pipe by fingers;
If the leakage of gases can be felt
obviously (press increased on your fingers), that means the seal
parts of gas booster was abraded, and H2 has been leaking, please
turn off the hydrogen cylinder immediately. And ventilate the
testing site such as by opening the doors and windows.
Please contact with the supplier for
the further services, it’s forbidden to remove or maintain it by
the non-professionals, or to replace any non-standard
components;
5) For
charging cylinders or pressure vessels, if you don’t want the
residual air of pipelines to get into the pressure vessels,
please exhaust the air by unloading valve. Shown as
follow:
a. Connect the gas source vessel with the filling
cylinder well, and make sure the valves of them are closed.
b. Open the valve of gas source cylinder, and then
the gases will flow into the pipelines of gas booster
system;
c. Slowly turn on the unloading valve for **5 seconds
to vent the residual air;
d. Turn off the unloading valve and, turn on the
valve of filling cylinder, to start the charging operations.
