1、MGS 1 DIE 2 BLOW HEADING MACHINE:
Material:
*The body: made with highstrength casting material -keep the precision of the main frame after long running; the lifetime of header can be longer (around **3 times of the same style machinery).
*The Guide Plate: made with copper alloy (imported from Taiwan, with special treatment, high abrasion resistant),lifetime is around 5 times longer than with normal material.  
*Main parts of the equipment are imported from Taiwan, Japan and Germany, to ensure high precision, hardness and high abrasion resistant of the equipment.

System design:
*Safety pins are used for knock out and cut off mechanism to prevent any damage of the machine parts.
*Extending the life of the equipment: Forced oil lubrication system.
*Increase the efficiency ofequipment: Simple and rational design of mode adjusting, cutting and Knock-outsystem.  
*Low noise: Adjustable platealways attached to the K.O arm, follow K.O cam, so the knock out speed starts slow and accelerate to fast to minimize the noise.
