Material:

*The body: made with high strength casting material keep the precision of the main frame after long running.

*Main parts of the equipment are imported from Taiwan, Japan and Germany, to ensure high precision, hardness and high abrasion resistant of the equipment.

*The key part of the equipment is made by CNC machine tool, and with special treatment, to ensure the precision and abrasion resistant of the part, achieve smooth movement of all driven parts, reduce noise, and extend the lifetime of the equipment.

System:

*The main motor comes with frequency converters, the speed can be adjust stepless.

*Equipped with air clutch and air brake system, with operation modes of inching, single stroke andcontinuous running, the main ram can stop at its rear position while the machine is operated under single stroke and continuous running modes.

*Extending the life of theequipment: Forced oil lubrication system.

*Fully closed cutting off die and knife delivery a clear and perfect cross section of blank for forming.

*With the positive punch knock out cam which is designed by computer for high simplicity and precision, the punch knock out time coincides with the withdraw movement of the main ramto prevent spill-out of the forged parts from forming die before being knockout.

*With PLC controlled safetychecking system, to ensure key system runs smooth, when equipment is running abnormal, PLC system will display, alarm and make the equipment stop running.

*An optional Q.T.C touch tone control system can be chosen according to clients needs.
