High-Performance of C5 Hydrocarbon Tackifier Resin

CHARACTERISTICS

It is a kind of synthetic thermoplastic resin obtained mainly from polymerization process of refined unsaturatedaliphatic 1,*-pentadiene (1,*-piperlene) and isoprene which derived from the thermal cracking reaction of naphtha pale. It is a light yellow pastille material which is usedprimarily in rubber compounding, hot-melt adhesives and coatings, pressure sensitive adhesives etc.; and wherever tackifying resins with exceptional heat stability are required.

The pale yellow aliphatic hydrocarbon resins offer unique advantages to formulators including:

Out-standing tackifying property; Superior initial tackifying and tack retention performance in compounding;
Highly compatibility with natural and synthetic resins, elastomers , waxes and oils etc;
Excellent heat and color stability;
Excellent resistance to ultraviolet light, acids and alkalis;
Ability to tackify a variety of elastomers material;
Good transparency and luster; Light color ; low volatility; no odour, transparent pallets.

STORAGE

This material can be stable for *2 months under the normal storage conditions. However,pelletized forms of resins may be block or lump in hot weather climates or if stored near heating sources. It is recommended to store at at temperature not exceeding *0℃
