TX-JF**3is a methylated melamine formaldehyde resin used as crosslinking agent supplied in liquid form. It is a versatile crosslinking agent for a wide range of polymeric materials, both water-borne and organo-soluble, containing carboxyl, hydroxyl or amide groups, such as epoxy resins, alkyd and polyester resins, certain types of acrylic and vinyl polymers and cellulosics such as nitrocellulose, ethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose or amide groups, such as epoxy resins, alkyd and polyester resins, certain types of acrylic and vinyl polymers, and cellulosics such as nitrocellulose, ethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose and carboxylated cellulose derivatives
