Compound cone crusher is widely used in metallurgy,
building material, road paving, chemistry and silicate

This crusher has the features of big crushing ratio,
high efficiency, high processing amount, low running cost,
convenient adjustment and economical use. Due to the
reasonable material selection of spare parts and structure
designing, it has long service; and the granularity of the crushed
products is even, thus reducing the circulating load.
Features:
This machine is divided into standard type and short-headed type. Generally speaking, the standard type has big feeding granularity and relatively coarse discharging granularity, and the short-headed type has steep crushing cone and small feeding granularity which is conducive to producing fine particle materials, for this reason, the standard type compound cone crusher is generally used for coarse and medium crushing and the short-headed type compound cone crusher is generally used for medium and fine crushing.
This machine adopts lubricating grease for sealing, thus avoiding
the problems that the water feeding and drainage system is easy to
be blocked and the defect that water and grease are easy to mix;
and the spring protective system is an overload protective device
which can make sure that foreign matters and iron go through the
crushing chamber without damaging the crusher.
Working
principle:
When cone crusher begins to work, the electro motor drives the
eccentric sleeve through the spring coupling, drive shaft and a
pair of angle gear, so that the crushing wall of cone crusher
gets close to and then gets away from the surface of the rolling
mortar wall fixed on the adjusting sleeve, and the ores inside
the crushing chamber will be constantly impacted, squeezed and
bent to be crushed.
