ZH series filling and capping machine designed for glass and plastic bottles such as round, square or shaped bottles. It adopts advanced technology, widely used in liquid packaging in pharmaceutical, pesticide, chemical, food, cosmetics and other industries.
1. Applicable: filling of water, emulsion, cream and other products
2, the mold can be adjusted according to the bottle, so it is also the first choice equipment for automatic filling line of various products with large variety and large quantity.
3, submerged quantitative filling, effectively reducing bubble generation, especially suitable for multi-bubble product filling.
4. The yield is calculated according to 100 ml of water, about 50 bottles/min.
Operating principle:
1 Manual bottle placement: Manually place the container to be filled into the mold.
2 bottles of cleaning: the air source is to purify the compressed air, and the air is compressed to remove the dust on the inner wall of the bottle.
3 Filling system: firstly fix the bottle mouth guide, then fill the mouth into the bottle and fill it from bottom to top filling process, no leakage or overflow phenomenon, the filling head is designed to prevent dripping and anti-drawing. .
4 Manual internal plug: After filling, manually insert the inner plug into the bottle mouth.
5 cylinder plug: After detecting the inner plug, the cylinder automatically presses the inner plug into the bottle mouth.
6 Manual cover: Manually put the cover into the bottle after the inner plug is completed.
7 Torque cap: The torque and speed are controlled by the motor to ensure that the cap is tightened and the tightness is consistent.
8 Product output: Finally, the capped bottle is taken out by the robot and placed in the conveyor belt.
