We guarantee the quality of the main parts within 12 months. If the main parts go wrong without artificial

factors within one year, we will freely provide them or maintain them for you. After one year, if you need

to change parts, we will kindly provide you with the best price or maintain it in your site. Whenever you

have technical question in using it, we will freely do our best to support you.

Guarantee of quality :

The Manufacturer shall guarantee the goods are made of Manufacturers best materials, with first class workmanship, brand new, unused and correspond in all respects with the quality, specification and performance as stipulated in this

Contract. Quality guarantee period is within 12 months from B/L date. The Manufacturer would repair the contracted machines free of charge during the quality guarantee period. If the break-down can be due to the improper use or other reasons by the Buyer, the Manufacturer will collect repair parts cost.

Installation and Debugging:

The seller would dispatch his engineers to instruct the installation and debugging. Cost would be bear on buyers side

(round way flight tickets, accommodation fees in buyer country). The buyer should provide his site assistance for the installation and debugging.
 

 1> What is the terms of payment? 
  We accept TT ,40% dawn payment balance pay before shipment by T/T 

  2> What is your delivery time? 
  Normally we will delivery the goods in 15-30 working days . 

  3> Warranty time ? 
  One year. 

  4> How you packed the machine? 
  Normally we packed the machine by export wooden case .if you need special package please let me know in advance . 

  5> How you ship the machine? 
  We will send by sea,as the machine dimension is large we do not suggest you send by air ,but if you need urgently ,send by air we can also do it . 

  6> What is the applicable film material for the machine ? 
  It is better to use PE film,if you want to use POF film let me know when you inquiry ,we will match the most suitable machine . 

  7> What is the package film max thickness ? 
  Within 100Micro is acceptable . 

  8> What is the type of the conveyor ? 
  We have two conveyors for choosen ,one is roller type the other one is net , you can see this two conveyor picture in the machine detail show above. 

  9> Any easy broken parts free of charge,when we place order? 
  Yes.  We will prepare some for you .
