Humic acid products

Nitrogen-containing water-soluble humic acid produced by our company is mainly composed of a water-soluble humic acid urea complex and a small amount of ammonium humate. No urease inhibitors or nitrifying bacteria inhibitors were added to the production, and no pollutants were discharged. Humic acid urea complex was green and environmental friendly. The traditional extraction technology of water-soluble humic acid products, such as sodium humate, potassium humate and ammonium humate, was replaced by NaOH, KOH, Na2CO3, NH3.H_2O or NH4HCO_3 reacting with humic acid raw materials. The problems of high production cost, strong alkalinity and high salinity existed in the production and application of traditional water-soluble humic acid products in agriculture were solved. The product is neutral, water-soluble, slow-release and a new type of bioactive agent. It has obvious effects in inhibiting urea decomposition, improving nitrogen utilization rate, regulating physiological functions, promoting the growth and development of animals and plants, improving soil and drought resistance.

Sodium humate and potassium humate are mainly extracted by alkali, even by reaction of sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide solution with weathered coal, after solid-liquid separation, concentration, drying, etc. Potassium fulvic acid is a complex technology. It is necessary to use oxidant before alkali extraction process to break the molecular chain of humic acid and form fulvic acid. The effect of using lignite to extract potassium fulvic acid is better.
