Manufacturing And Inspection

1.Cylinder tube dimension and choice
According to the cylinder pressure and inside dimension,choose different steel tube.
2.Piston rod is a very important part of hydraulic cylinder.The important parameters include 
hardening and tempering,chroming,surface hardness...
3.Seal ring
According to the customer's requirements and working condition of hydraulic,we would choose 
the suitable seal ring for the hydraulic cylinder's long lifetime.
4.Flange/earring and bushing
Choosing mounting type according to the customer's requirement
Bushing help to surport and ensure the coaxiality between piston rod and tube.
5.Assembly and test
Before hydraulic cylinder is assembled,every parts would be measured and cleaned.
After assembly,pressure test would be carried out.Every piece hydraulic cylinder musted be 
tested completely without any leak.
