Excellent Hydrophilicity To Cotton Fibres For Softening Finishing Treatment CM - **8

CM***8 is for softening, hydrophilic and cooling finishing treatment of cotton Lycra, cotton, cotton/nylon, cotton/polyester, polyester/viscose, model and their blended fabric. It mainly focus on hydrophilicity.

Special block modified organic silicone compounds

Properties:

1. To give cotton Lycra, cotton, cotton/nylon, cotton/polyester, polyester/viscose, model and their blended fabric excellent soft, silky-smooth, drape, exquisite and cool feeling.

2. Impart very excellent hydrophilicity to cotton fibres, and restore its natural original performance.

3. Minimal impact on the whiteness and color of fabric.

4. Has excellent salt and alkali resistance, and good resistance properties to anionic and heat stability.

5. Can be re-dyed without removing the softener.

Field of Application:

For softening, hydrophilic and cooling finishing treatment of cotton Lycra, cotton, cotton/nylon, cotton/polyester, polyester/viscose, model and their blended fabric.

Application:

1. Padding:  Dosage: *0～**0g/L (for functional hydrophilic cooling treatment)
*0～*0g/L (for normal hydrophilic soft and smooth treatment)
Temperature: room temperature
  Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads.

2. Dipping: Dosage: 2～6% (o.w.f)

Temperature: room temperature
Time: *0mins

Liquor ratio: 1:*0～*5

Storage and Packing:

Shelf life: six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
