INTRODUCTION:
Gmoist HEU is a super cosmetics moisturizing agent which has a strong capacity for absorbing and holding water. It can improve the feeling after using cosmetics on the skin, reduce the adding amount of the skin feeling regulator and enhance the stability of the freeze-thaw cycle as well as produce a collaborative moisturizing effect; Gmoist HEU is not sticky nor greasy and it is adaptable to a wide pH range. Experiments reveal that a better moisturizing effect would be achieved if Gmoist HEU and glycerin are used together.
