Detail Description

BM9W is a new generation horizontal type hydraulic riveting machine (hydraulic rolling riveting machine). It is applicable for larger diameter rivets and batch productions line in Automobile brake shoe manufacturing field.

The adjustable head can be lifted up and down by turning of screw pole and it can control the rough adjusting effectively, while micro adjusting is controlled by the power head in screw cap. The center hole of workbench are coaxial with the spindle,it is useful for positioning and holding the work piece tightly. A flow regulating valve on the high pressure pipe can be used to adjust the rate of riveting process. The counter on the electricity control panel can be used to count the quantity of riveted work pieces.The good quality of all units on this machine ensure the smooth surface of work piece and stability of processing.

Hydraulic oil tank and machine main body could be designed to combined or separated styles for your convenience, as well the electrical control box can be designed for customers' convenience. Even it can be used as vertical style if you need.
