We do produce vanilla, plain, pistachio, chocolate, cherry, banana, strawberry, mango and different kind of ice creams (more than *5 flavors).

 ALPEDO brand was established in ***9. We export sweet pastry with nuts, pastry filled with cheese or meat, peanut butter, and a large amount of MARAŞ ICE CREAM to different countries in the world.

The source of the raw material is obtained by the nature and that makes our qualitative product rises up. We put a determined effort to give both our citizens and the entire people the best quality. 

The natural nutritional source found in Ahır rock is the reason behind Maraş ice creams taste, more especially the rich plant, different flower species and the effect of thyme (thymus vulgaris), Geven (astragalus glycyphyllos) the wild orchids which gives the goats milk a special good taste and aroma.

Adding the dried tubers of certain orchids named (sahlep) give an unbelievable unique taste that cannot be found in any other part of the world.
