 we manufacture impeder rod cores for induction welding with low power loss material grades,  provide better magnetic such as lower power loss, higher saturation flux density (Bs) as well as better Bs stability at higher temperatures.
 CRS solid fluted type :
Features: It is characterized by a radial groove type, which can effectively cool the entire magnetic core.
CRSH hollow type
Features: It is a radial groove type with a central hole, and cooling water can be injected into the inner diameter part, which can effectively cool the entire magnetic core.
In addition, the holder rod can be inserted into the inner diameter.
CRF solid flat sided type
Features: It has an elliptical cross-section, and one can be used for small-diameter pipes or several combinations can be used for large-diameter pipes.
