 Application and main design features ;

1.YWZ5 series industrial electro hydraulic brakes are widely used in hoisting, transportation, metallurgy, mines, ports, and civil construction as brake gears of various machines.

2.The connection dimension and brake torque meet the requirement of GB*****6. Technical conditions meet JB***6.*****6.

3.YWZ5 series industrial electro hydraulic brakes are safe and reliable performances, smoothbrake, high frequency of action, the brake torque is adjustable.

4.The installation of asbestos free brake linings and brake shoes adopte insertion method which is safe and reliable and is simple and quick for repalcement.

5.Brake spring is arranged in the spring tube frame and a brake torque calliper is set at one side for convenient and audio visual adjustment.

6.Such device can be added on this series brake upon request of the user.

7.Main waging hinged points are equipped with self lubricated bearing which give high efficincy of transmission and long service life and need to lubrication during application.

8.No need to adjust the interloking equal clearance device.

9.The following additional fanctions can be realized by adding special devices.

*0.Hand release lever.

*1.Release(open) or close limit switch, may indicates whether brake is properly released or closed.

*2.Lining-wear  Limit-switch, may indicate when wear of lining reaches the limit.

*3.Adopt thruster which fall delay valve as drive systerm. This can realize closing delay of brake.

Operating Conditions:

2.The air relative humidity is not more than *0%

3.Sea level altitude for application accords with GB*******0 standard.

4.Mainly used for the power with 3phase ,*0HZ, **0V (we can provide the products according to the customers requirements which suit for *0HZ or different voltage, so please inform us before you order if there is a special request).

5. Operating duty: intermittent(S***0%)and continuous(S1).

Main features:

1.Main swinging articulation is equipped with the self-lubricating bearing ,the transmission efficiency is high, in use without lubrication.

2.Manual release is equipped which is convenient for maintenance.

3.Automatic compensation device can realize the automatic compensation when the brake linings are worn.

4.The interlocking equal clearance device can avoid adherence of the brake lining on the brake drum.
