Characteristics

1. HJSIL® **0/**0/**0/**0 is a kind of hydrophilic fumed silica with
     a specific
surface area of **0/**0/**5/**0/**0 m2 /g. It's high purity
     white colloidal powder. 


2.HJSIL® R**0/**2/**5/**8/**0 is a kind of hydrophobic fumed silica,
      treated with
HMDS (hexamethyldisila- zane) and based on hydrophilic
      fumed silica.

 
1. Hydrophilic silica:
A. Definition:Through the volatile, made by hydrolysis in the
     oxyhydrogen flame.It
 can be wet by water, and can be dispersed in
      water
B. Basic property:White fluffy powder, porous, non-toxic tasteless
     non-polluting, high temperature resistance.Its chemical inertness
     and special thixotropic performance significantly improve the
     tensile strength, tear resistance and abrasion resistance
 of rubber
     products
 etc.
C. Application: coating,oil paint,unsaturated polyester resin and
     film;
 Elastomer, mainly hot vulcanization and room temperature
     vulcanized silicone rubber;Adhesives, sealants, printing ink, etc
2. Hydrophobic silica:
A Definition: made by adding modified materials. And it is not wet by
    water.

B Property It is the optimum rheological additives in processing
    production.
Polar liquid thickening, such as epoxy resin.  
    Organos
ilicon elastomer reinforcement, high content, such as in
    moulded products.Good hydrophobic
 property, improve corrosion,
    improve the dielectric properties, such as in cable
    compounds.Powder flow aid, such as in fire extinguishing agent,
    improved scratches
 resistance in the paint and plastic.

     resin, polyurethane, vinyl resin
