1.Application/Purpose of Industry Explosive
Rope
Industry
Explosive Rope, in accordance with the standard GB19417-2003, can
reliably initiate kinds of industrial explosive (primary explosive
column/initiating explosive column/firing column-shaped explosive),
detonating tube and detonating cord with detonator sensitivity. It
is suitable for blasting operation in explosion dangerous sites
with no gas, coal dust, or other combustible dust.

Explosive Ropeis called F 8 for short; Millisecond detonating
tube detonator, FMS1-8; Half-second detonating tube
detonator,FHS1-8; 1/4-second detonating tube detonator, FQS1-8;
Second detonating tube detonator, FS2-8 ( F is on behalf of
overburden /plating copper or steel flange steel shell; MS1, the
first millisecond series; HS1, the first half-second delay series;
QS1, the first 1/4 second series; S2, the second series; 8,
detonator number).
3. Performance ofIndustry
Explosive Rope (1)
Common plastic shock tube adopts detonating tube WJ/T2019-2004
standard requirements, and its detonation velocity, after
detonated, can not be less than 1600 m/s.
(2) Anti-seismic Performance: there should be no explosion,
structure loose or damage phenomenon, after 5 minutes continuous
vibration of detonating tube detonator on vibration test
machine.
(3)Anti-tensile Performance: after static tension with 19.6 Newton
for a minute, detonating tube shouldnt be pulled out from the
bayonet.
(4) Initiating capacity: It can tear into 5mm tinplate after
explosion, and the lead plates perforation diameter should be not
less than detonator outside diameter.
(5)Water-resistant Performance:
Water-resistant type: immersed in 20 meters deep or filling water
containers equivalent to 20 meters water deep pressure for eight
hours, , it should be qualified in the firing reliability test once
got out immediately.
Normal type: immersed in water-filling container with 1 meter deep
water for 24 hours, it should be qualified in the firing
reliability test once got out immediately.

Notes/Points for Attention ofIndustry
Explosive Rope (1)It is
strictly prohibited to fall, hit, or near to heat source device
during delivery and use. Its users should strictly enforce
relevant provisions of GB6722-2011 "Blasting Safety
Regulations".(2)Please handle
these products gently in the process of operation and avoid
delivering detonator products between two people bare-handed.
(3) It is prohibited to be used in any dangerous situations of gas
and other combustible gas, coal dust and dust explosion.
(4) Users should get a clear understanding of detonator segments
before using it, and then connect these with designed connection
methods as well as hole layout scheme, section filling. Beware of
mixing section, wrong section use, it will cause bad blasting
effect.
(5)Please avoid scratching, permanent knotting, burning out
detonating tubes in the process of using. Keeping sand, soil,
water, oil or other debris away from detonating tube, otherwise, it
will affect bad initiation. No parting shock tube at will
during using.
(6.) If using metal tube detonator as detonating primer in
detonating network, Users must pack the detonator bottom tightly
with tape before the connection of detonating tubes, lest misfire
if metal pieces from detonator explosion cut off the plastic
detonating tube.
(7) In network connection, detonating tubes should be evenly
arranged in outside of detonator, and winded more than five layer
so that it can be wrapped tightly. One detonator can be tied
up to 20 detonating tubes, and there should be at least 100mm at
the bottom of detonating tubes for bundling.
(8) In connection with plastic connection piece, the plastic
detonating tube should be put into the hole at the bottom of wear,
and tied at exit in case it falls.
(9) When assembling the explosive and the detonator, users should
punch small holes with pointy sticks at cartridge end or side, then
put the detonator into the hole, instead of inserting the detonator
directly into the cartridge.
(10) Once opening the original packaging of detonator, it should be
used in time, no more than two weeks. Those not used temporarily
should be stored in a dry place, in case of absorption of moisture.

Storage Condition and Shelf Life ofIndustry

(1) Civi
Explosive industrial detonating cord should be stored in dry and
ventilated warehouse, far away from fire source and power supply,
especially explosives. It should be piled up and delivery channel
is not less than 1.2 meters wide; the check channel between
stacking and wall, or stacking and stacking, should not be less
than 0.8 meters wide, and not allowed to pile any item; the total
height of stacking should not be less than 1.6 meters.
(2.) Its storage should be consistent with GB28263-2012
requirements of Enterprise Safety Management Regulation of Civil
Explosive Products Production and Sales.
(3.)With the original packaging seal, common plastic shock
tube,stored in a well ventilated, dry, fire-prevention,
guard-against-theft warehouse with lightning protection devices,
its shelf life is two years since the date of
anufacture.
