1.Operation skills
a. Check the lubricating
condition of the bearing and the amount of the grease between the
bearing and bracket before the power is on
b. Check the state of all the
fastener carefully .
c. Check the condition of the
rotating belt .The broken belt should be changed at once and the
greasy dirt should be wiped out with clean rag ,if found on the
belt or the belt pulley .
d. Check if there is ore or other
sundries in the crushing cavity .If so, they should be eliminated
.
e. Materials can be feed once the
machine functions well .
f. The crushing materials should
come into the cavity evenly .Feeding side should be avoided
preventing the sudden load change or sudden increase on one
side
G. Under the normal condition
,the temperature of the bearing should not be over
*5℃.The machine should be stopped at once if it
is over *5℃
and we should find out the cause
then eliminate it .
H .Materials should be stopped
feeding before the power is off .And the machine can be shut off
unless all the materials are discharged out .
I. In crushing ,the
electronic machine should be shut off under this condition that
the machine stopped because of the materials jam in the crushing
cavity .And Unless the materials are eliminated the machine can
be open again.
2.FAQ
1).the metal hit-hit sounds are produced when
the machine is idling
a. The toothed plate of the jaw
hits each other .the solution is to adjust the discharging
mouth.
b. The hit-hit sounds are
produced during the process of thrust plate bearing and shim
adjusting .This is made from the non flexible .damaged or loose
spring .the solution is to change the spring .
c. Because the moving jaw
bracket is not close to the machine body ,the hit-hit sounds are
made between the bracket and bearing or from the gasket
adjusting. The solution is to fix the gland nut .
2).The metal hit-hit sounds are produced and the liner plate is
vibrating when the machine is on operation .This is because of
the loose liner plate and toothed plate in the crushing cavity
,the loose or the broken screw. The solution is to fix or change
in time .
3).The back bracket is broken
frequently .This is because that the spring is pressed too
tightly so that it is broken for the overloading crushing force
.The solution is to adjust the spring to the fit
4).The flywheel turns around and
the machine cannot work . This is because of the broken spring
and pull rod .And the bracket is falling down from the bearing
slider because of the dropping-out nut ,also the broken bracket
.The solution is to change and install .
5) The flywheel swings
strongly and the speed of the eccentric shaft is lower .This is
because of the loose or broken parts between the pulley and
flywheel. Since the wheel and axis cannot roll at the same
time
6).The discharge granularity
becomes thick .This is because that the back parts of the
crushing liner plate are worn out strongly .The solution is to
exchange the place of the toothed plate or change a new one and
adjust the discharging size to the required one .
3.Care and Maintenance
a .Keep lubricate of
the friction surface to make sure the machine functions well and
have a long service life usage .
b. The grease should be
selected based on the place and temperature .Usually, the calcium
,nitro and sodium soap grease .
c. The volumetric of the grease in
the bearing block should take up about *0% of the space volumetric
.And it should be changed one time **6 months .And be careful that
we must use the clean gas or paraffin to wash the rollaway nest of
the bearing .
d. Enough grease should be
poured into the gas between the toggle plate and its support
before the machine switches .
