• K3 Table Printing Machine series are suitable for the screen printing processes, including single and multi-machine single-screen printing plate repeating printing and multi-screen printing plate repeating printing, as well as polychrome printing.
• The machine is equipped with Japan Panasonic / Yasukawa servo + precision planetary reducer drive, high-speed, stable and accurate.
• Boyan's two proprietary patented technologies - positioning column mechanical positioning and electronic positioning two configurations are available for the machine positioning. Mechanical positioning is featured by precision and high speed, with the fastest speed up to 3.0 seconds / printing time and the mechanical precision up to 卤 0.*2mm, while electronic positioning is accurate and time-saving, with the mechanical precision up to 卤 0.*2mm, and the station spacing digital control to save the time of adjusting the messenger.
• Scratch-printing unit is equipped with Panasonic / Yasukawa servo motor + precision planetary reducer, and is featured by constant scratch printing speed, digital precision control of printing stroke, simple and accurate operation control.
• Scratch printing kit's sliding drive adopts Taiwan HIWIN linear guide rail, which is of sliding smooth, low noise, and long service life, ensuring the smooth and constant printing pressure, and the sustained and durable feature.
• Ink scraper and ink reclaiming blade move with the pneumatic actuator, so the movement is flexible and is pressure is stable. Pneumatic components are Taiwan AirTAC components, reliable and stable.
• The frame is four-post, and can be lifted by **0mm as a whole, so that it is more convenient to install and clean the box. The lifting unit adopts four HIWIN precision ball screws + linear guide rails, and the high-torque stepper motor as its motor, thus it lifts freely, its bottom dead center repeats with high precision, and its superior four-axis synchronous performance makes the printing plate always parallel to the printing substrate plane, ensuring the color difference and coating thickness required by the printing quality.
