RDP powder, i.e Redispersible Polymer Powder, is a water soluble polymer made from ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) polymer through spray drying, it's designed for the construction industry to enhance the properties of dry mortar blends.
RDP powder is always combined with cellulose ethers and other additives to improve the properties and performance for the cement based or gypsum based mortar, such as better water-retention,open time,better work-ability, increasing adhesion to a variety of substrate and higher flexural strength and flexibility etc..
Its technical ability to increase the cohesiveness, flexibility, bond strength and most importantly the water proofing property, form a film with high tensile strength and bonding strength on different substrates.

KD ***2N is a spray dried Vinyl acetate/ethylene copolymer, with protection colloid of
vinyl alcohol.
It is a good choice for the formulation of cost-efficient basic C1&C2 tile adhesive with good
overall performance, particularlyexcellent tensile adhesion strength.

Storage and Shelf Life
Redispersible polymer powder should be stored in cool and dry environment.
It is recommended to use within 6 months, preferably be used as soon as possible in summer.
Storage in high temperature and humidity conditions will increase the risk of caking. Opened containers should be used as soon as possible, if not, should be resealed to prevent ingress of moisture from the air.
Redispersible polymer powder supplied in paper bags should not be stacked. Prolonged heavy pressure may cause caking.
Storage under pressure should also be avoided.
