Processing
conditions:
1,To have a good quality of
the interlayer glass, the tempature of the glass surface should
be over **0℃.If the temperature reaches to
**0℃, the soaking zone should be
controlled within *0min to *0min.
2,In order to be
without bubble, we suggest you to coldly take out the air about
**5min under the condition that just after the combination,
before the heating.The vacuo pressure should be over **0mmhg.The
vacuo could be stopped just as the glass surface temperature
descending to *0℃.To ensure the best
transparency.
3, we should
guarantee two conditions, the first is the maximum processing
temperature,the second is that the faster of the cooling, the
better of the transparency.
4,To avoid the bubble
by the scraps, the parts handling should be taken after the glass
cutting. The glass surface should clear and dry to ensure its
adhension and transparency.
