1. Lime Hydrating Plant Introduction

For hydrated lime production, there are dry method and wet method. Their process is a little difference, but, with same principals. Here we introduced for our dry method production line:

The qualified quicklime is firstly crushed into the size of about *0mm. and then the crushed lime is sent into storage tank by bucket elevator. Under the storage tank, there is screw conveyor which send the crushed lime into first digester for primary digester, and then enter into secondary digester to finished the full digester process. The lime already digester, is sent into classifier by screw conveyor to obtain finished hydrated lime (can be size classifying). Then the finished products are sent into bucket elevator by screw conveyor to the silo. Under the bottom of the silo, there is screw conveyor for packing purpose.
