Introduction:

Evergain free nail adhesive has super adhesion strength. It replaces nails at the utmost. Without drilling holes on the surface, the adhesive can fix and bond wood, door & window, gypsum board, MDF, stone, ceramic tile, metal, plastic, rubber, etc.

Characteristics:

1.Super initial strength and bonding strength;

2.Wide application: it can bond most substrates, and even wet wood;

3.Flexible, weather resistance, water proof, and no influence by moving the material;

4.No sinking, can be used to fill and can be painted after dry;

5.No containing of toluene, benzene or other hazardous material;

Storage:   Shelf life: *4 months

Usage:

1. Clean the surface of the material and make sure it is grease free.

2. Cut the mouth of the tube, put the nozzle and squeeze out with the sealing gun;

3. Dry-type bonding method: for light weight or light pressure-bearing material. Squeeze out the adhesive by linear shape, and make the gap *0cm between each row. Press the joint by the adhesive side, pull apart after the adhesive volatilize several minutes, and then press tight the two sides.   

4. Wet-type bonding method: for heavy weight material. Paint the adhesive as same as the above method. Clamp the two sides with plier, iron nail or screw. After the adhesive is dry (about *4 hours), remove the plier. The adhesive can be moved within *0 minutes after bonding. It can be more fixed after 2 ~ 3 days, and to be best after 7 days.   

Attention:

1. The adhesive can be cleaned before it is solidified. After it is dry, the outside stain can be scraped or removed. And also it can be used when floor.    

2. The bonding strength will be weakened under high temperature. Do not bond the metal that is exposed under the sunlight.  

Warning:

1. The adhesive is dangerous product. Put in the dry and cool place. The working environment must be well ventilated, and far away from high temperature and resource of ignition.

2. The product should be put out of reach of children. Avoid contacting with eyes. Do not dump into the sewer. In case of mis-swallowing, send to hospital immediately, and show the product container or label.   

3. If happens to be dazed when use, please go outside for fresh air or go to hospital.

4. In case of contact with eyes, please wash the eyes with clean water for *5 minutes, and then go to hospital immediately.
