and FOB basis as far as the above mentioned products are concerned.
Spot and Contracts are also availble. Our Refinery is one of the
leading and best in Russian Federation, and we have closed
countless numbers of deal in the past including ongoing contract as
of the moment. We are open to transact with any real and serious
party in a transparent way. We are also flexible in our procedures
and payment terms, Including able to accommodate any serious
buyer's target procedures. We are not engaged in any kind of
upfront payment. We do accept Bank to Bank procedures. Our refinery
can provide POP first to buyers before any commitment. We welcome
