Applications 
Can be designed and manufactured to suit most of Flat Bed printing machine or diecut machine. Available thickness of base ranges from *2mm to *0mm, length and width are subject to further evaluation of the diecut machine. 

Technical Specifications 
- Flat Bed Magnetic Base is made of high quality tool steel, tempered to ensure long term stability. 

- High strength permanent magnets are selected and used to ensure superior magnetic strength. Special super strong magnets are also available for small sized Flat Bed Magnetic Base and some other Special applications; 

- High strength glue is selected to eliminate any possibility of raised glue and raised magnets issues. 

- The final precision grinded Flat Bed Magnetic Base can be controlled with a few microns in terms of its flatness, which is essential to achieve perfect diecut results with even cutting impression on release liner.
