Applications 
Rubber Rollers have various usages such as be used as Ink Roller, Varnishing Roller / Dyeing Roller, Sticking Roller, Laminating Roller, Impression Roller, or even used as Foil Stamping Roller, or Base Roller for creasing. 

Technical Specifications 
PU Coated Roller 
- Adopting the latest technique and environmental friendly material, Macromolecule Polyurethane, the PU coated rollers have fine smooth surface, good elasticity, good adhering and transferring of UV ink, excellent wear resistance and solvent resistance, and more durability than conventional rubber roller. 

- Base of PU Coated Roller is made of high quality tool steel. Both journals and steps are induction hardened to ensure wear resistance. PU coating is controlled at about *0mm thickness, and can be refurbished after natural wear. 

Rubber Coated Roller 
- Selecting different rubber types and grades, Rubber Coated Rollers can be made to suit either UV applications or conventional drying applications. 

- Base of Rubber Roller is made of high quality tool steel. Both journals and steps are induction hardened to ensure wear resistance. Rubber coating is controlled at about *0mm thickness, and can be refurbished after natural wear.
