1Lost Foam Casting
This type of casting method uses foam pattern (EPS)
as the investment. This method benefits from the advantages of
the foam properties helpful to make simple and cheap castings.
These types of simple castings are impossible using the regular
cope and drag method. Due to its unique properties, foam is easy
to carve glue and manipulate. It also provides accurate
dimensions as Lost Foam Casting is more accurate and effective
than sand casting. There are no fins or parting lines the
finishing process is easy and less time consuming. The
elimination of cores makes complex casting designs
easy.
Now due to the increase of labor cost and the
environmental protection in China, this method will take place of
sand casting for more and more casting parts whose thickness is
less than *0MM.
We use this way to manufacture grey ductile iron
casting high chromium iron casting. Also we are trying some steel
casting with thin thickness and complex shape.
2 Shell Mold Casting
Shell Mold Casting offers better surface finish,
better dimensional tolerance, and higher throughput due to the
reduced cycle times. A fairy high capital investment is required,
but it can achieve the high production rates. The overall process
is quite cost effective due to the reduced machining and cleanup
costs. As the increase of labor cost and the environmental
protection in China, this method will take place of lost wax
casing.
We use this way to manufacture high manganese steel
tube (Mn*3Cr2) and steel casting parts.
3 Green Sand Casting
The green sand is basically a wet mixture of sand and
clay, no chemical is added. The sand mold is squeezed together
and holds its shape. This forms a green mold which must be dried
to receive molten steel. Green sand casting is cheaper than
resign sand casting. This way can manufacture big casting like
**0 tons/piece. But machining allowance is large and surface
quality is normal. As the increase of labor cost and the
environmental protection in China, we use lost foam casting to
replace sand casting for more and more iron casting and iron
alloy parts.

jaw plate, tube and big casting (1,**0kg
4 Resin Sand Casting
The resin-coated sand is packed tightly around
a pattern. The pattern is removed, and the molten metal is poured
into the corresponding cavity. The sand casting process is one of
the most affordable methods of creating a metal
casting.
The forming material of the sand core had a
great progress. Now, the resin cores are commonly used in China
sand casting industry. The yellow appearance is its typical
feature. Resin sand can be made our by blending fine sand and
resin with certain proportion. Different proportion can lead to
different shrinkage rate of sand core, and the resin sand core is
subject to absorbing moistures. The damping sand core will affect
the dimension and the surface quality of the casting part, so a
special dry place should be arranged for storage of resin sand
cores.
We use this way to manufacture ductile casting
with tight tolerance.
5 Los Wax
Casting：
Lost wax casting is one kind of investment
casting process which also can be called precision casting or
dewaxing casting , by using low temperature (white yellow wax,
soft) to meet different casting requirements. The mold shell is
drying in the air temperature. The lost wax is using a kind of
solution called water glass in China and using a kind of sand
called Quartz Sand
The lost wax casting process is widely used for
various materials, such as stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy
steel, and no limitation for product shapes as well as complex
structure. The most important characteristic is the close
tolerance control, reduced machining allowances, and fine
surface.
We use this method to manufacture steel and
alloy steel casting which share good surface quality and tight
tolerance.
Now we mainly use sand casting and resin sand casting
to manufacture Manhole cover and grating according to customer's
requirment for the surface quality and tolerance control.Our
manhole is mainly exported to Japan Western Europe and Australia.
We can cast and produce any type of iron casting products according
to the drawing and samples provided by the customers with excellent
quality
