MDL***0G Anchor Drilling Rig With Crawler:

We are drilling rig manufacturer, the main parts of this model has equipped with our advance technology. The whole model could be applied in various construction.

1. Application:

1.1  Suitable for wall protection of foundation pit in city and control building displacement of anchor construction.

1.2  By using casing drilling tools for boring, equipped with casing and drilling rod for synchronous boring and adding jet grouting function, it also can be used for general jet grouting and expansion head anchor construction.

2.  Machine Mouting Type: 

 integral type, including crawler and clamping and breaking device.

3. Components:
3.1 Cover: installing cover make the shape of machine is more scientific and protect key hydraulic parts from pollution.

3.2 Landing leg: Not only protect hydro-cylinder from destroy, but also improve bearing strength.

3.3 Console: Split style, easy operation, avoiding incorrect operation.

3.4 Track(Crawler):  longer and stronger track to effectively prevent the subsidence, suitable for comprehensive stratum.

3.5 Hoist:   Not dependent on the height of work face, because we can adjust hole height.

3.6 Auto Turnplate:dispense with labor, more easy and convenient.

3.7 High Pressure Voltage Swivel Device (throught hole):necessary device of expansion head construction.

3.8 Rotary Head: Assemble retractable type joint can extend thread of drilling rod’s life. Double hydraulic motor power, improved torque, the center line of rotary lower than other rigs, improved balance efficiency.

3.9 Radiator System:According to local special construction condition,  optimize radiator  system. If outside temperature is *5°C, we promise hydraulic system below *0°C.

4.Main Construction Characteristics:

4.1 Equipped with  appropriative casing- followed drill tools (such as drilling rod, casing, eccentric bit ,etc ). Using the casing-wall protecting-boring technology in the unstable stratum and deploying general MAXDRILL bit to finish the boring. High efficiency and satisfy boring quality.

4.2 Multifunctional, multipurpose machine. This drilling rig is suitable for deep foundation pit .Through change jet grouting module, implement jet grouting construction.
This drilling rig is also suitable for thermal borehole , precipitation well, minitype steel-pipe pile, minitype cast-in-pipe pile construction.

4.3 Excepting crawler, clamping and breaking device,  turnplate. We also supply other spares for clients. Clients can choose suitable accessories for your construction when you purchase our drilling rig.
