 This is a composite material, have a good performance.The outer layer is PET aluminized film, It has a good waterproof performance, PETaluminized  film canbe used in housing construction, to prevent the leaking roof.The middle layer is polyethylene woven cloth, aluminizing with aluminized film by PE film. Plastic woven cloth has a good tear resistance, so the composite material is water-repellent  and tear resisit. Usually there is a PE film behind the woven fabric .It can be used to heat seal , so the material also can be cut and heat sealed.
