MGG Guided Cylinder
MGG guided
cylinder is integration of a basic cylinder and guide rods. Long
stroke is available. Equipped with a shock absorber as standard.
Two types of guide rod bearings. Slide bearing: Excellent wear
resistance and heavy load capacity. Ball bushing: High precision
and smooth operation. MGG piston cylinder can be mounted with
compact auto switches. Cylinder position can be detected.
Non-rotating accuracy improved by using two guide rods .MGG
pneumatic cylinder bore size has *0 mm, *5 mm, *2 mm, *0 mm, *0
mm, *3 mm, *0 mm and **0 mm, equivalent to SMC MGG guided
cylinder, with the same appearance.

MGG piston cylinder device structure
The MGG piston
cylinder consists mainly of piston, cylinder, front and back
cover, piston rod, spring, pull rod, sealing ring and so
on.
How MGG Pneumatic Cylinders Work
MGG guided
cylinder working principle: The MGG piston cylinder moves the
piston through the pressure air, and changes the direction of the
piston rod by changing the intake direction. When the from
the rodless cavity compressed air cylinder, and the cylinder rod
chamber exhaust cylinder cavity pressure difference formed in the
piston overcomes the resistance of the load to push the piston
movement, the piston rod; when the rod chamber inlet, exhaust
rodless cavity, the piston rod retraction. By controlling the
intake and exhaust of the rod chamber and the rodless chamber of
the MGG pneumatic cylinder, the piston realizes reciprocating rectilinear
motion.
