Arrangement for concrete mixtures mixing with pan mixer MTM **0/**0 about volume 0,5 m3of concrete produced per batch. Equipmentis designed for easy mounting and dismounting. Conception of concrete mixing plant is solved as fanfold construction of single units with set technology. Single units are completed on spread grillages that are part of steel structure of concrete plant (aggregates bin).

Aggregates are fed to the aggregates bin by the help of loader. Aggregates are from separate chambers dosed into skip conveyor by the help of four segment closures, wich also works as a aggregates scale. Cement storage – one single-chambered silo with a capacity *0 m3, incl. technological equipment of

silo. Cement is fed to the cement scale with a screw conveyor.

Mixing plant is equipped with a pan mixer with a capacity 0,5 m3 of concrete. The dosing of independent components is solved by the help of scales equipped with the tensometric sensors. Dosing of clear water by the pulse flowmeter. The dozing is solved on the basis of the weight for all components (additives, aggregates, cement, colors, water) according to ČSNEN ****1+AC and ČSNEN ****1, for the mixture size *0–**0 %.

Fully automated control of production process is ensured by the control system.

Output MB 0,5 T*: cca *5 m3/hour.

*Theoretical capacity of concrete mixing plant is determined for mixture of three types of gravel, one type of cement and one additive. Mixing time is *0 seconds and concrete mixture take-off is continuous.

1) CONCRETE MIXING PLANT MB 1T – BASIC MACHINE **1) Steel bearing structure and technology of the mixing plant:

•Steel bearing structureof concrete mixing plant with the exit ladder stair case, frame for the cement scale and basic platform handrail. the constuction itself is set with foldaway frame and dismountable support. Aggregates enter directly to the mixer. Container for operators is set in the steel structure. The height of discharge hopper is 4,1 m.
