Mobile batching plant MB 0,5T
Mobile compact arrangement for concrete mixtures mixing equipped with pan mixer with volume of 0,5 m3 fresh concrete mixture.Precise dosing is solved by cell loads scales.
Clear water is dosed into the mixer by the help of flow-meter.
 
The whole arrangement is designed for easy mounting and dismounting and suitable for its transfer to other building place. The conception is solved as fanfold construction of independent units that is equipped withtechnology.
 
Batching plant is fitted on spread grids which are part of the steel structure of aggregate bin and the whole equipment.

Aggregate bin
Aggregate is transported into the bin by the help of loader from two-sided drive up ramp. Independent fractions are dosed into the skip with volume of 0,5 m3 by the help of segment enclosures. At the same time the skip conveyor serves as a scale of aggregate. 
ontrol system
The control system together with the switch board is carried out of on the mixer's platform. System is equipped with basic software which enables operating of batching plant. Control system is designed for automatic dosing, weighing and operating of production process with the possibility of dosing *9 prescriptions.  It is possible to supply the control system with semi-automatic control on computer in the control room that is placed under the skip conveyor.   
 
 
Basic configuration of the equipment:

• steel structure of batching plant, pan mixer MTM 0,5, mixer's discharge, weighing skip conveyor for dosing of aggregates into the mixer, cement scale, flow-meter for water dosing, compressor, four chambered aggregate bin with total volume of *2 m3 (4 x 8 m3) equipped with segment enclosures, 1 vibrator in sand fraction
• cement silo *5 m3, technological equipment of silo (cement filter, overpressure flap, closing butterfly flap  with manual regulation, clarifying plates with air distribution, sensing of maximal level)
• screw conveyor ES **8
